All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Shipping

Oomta Toys currently ships within the United States only.

In-stock orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.

This is a processing timeframe and does not include the time required for the shipping carrier to deliver the package.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For a standard return, products must generally be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original components, cards, accessories, and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard or change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

6. Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at oomtatoys@gmail.com.

We may request your order number, photographs, or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.

For a verified issue, we may provide an appropriate replacement, replacement component, or refund.

If we require a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped product to be returned, Oomta Toys will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

7. Normal Wear, Lost or Damaged Cards, and Misuse

Our products and flashcards are intended to be used and stored according to the instructions provided with the product.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper storage, or damage occurring after delivery that is not caused by a manufacturing defect is not considered a product defect.

For example, cards that become lost, bent, torn, marked on, chewed, wet, or otherwise damaged through use are not considered defective and do not qualify for a free replacement or refund.

Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable law regarding products that are defective when supplied.

8. Product Use and Safety

Customers should follow all instructions, age recommendations, warnings, and safety information provided with the product or its packaging.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for a particular child and for providing appropriate supervision.

Do not continue using a product if it becomes damaged in a way that may create a safety concern.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any product-safety or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.

Unless a separate written warranty is expressly provided with a product, Oomta Toys does not currently provide a separate voluntary written product warranty.

This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws or our policies concerning products that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Oomta Toys may occasionally offer promotions, sales, or discount codes.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, or purchase limits.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and discount codes may not be combined.
